- Volunteer engagement- Inviting volunteers from corporates to interact with candidates
- Sensitization- Information to all employees about acceptance and team building with the visually impaired.
- Mock Interviews - Resume writing skills, corporate interview etiquettes
- Workplace Readiness - Survey of workplace to ensure safety factors & give workplace solutions. The Buddy system is encouraged
- Job Fairs are conducted at the institute.
- Handholding for 6 months post-employment.
Currently, our students are placed in reputed manufacturing industries & Direct sales teams like New Phoenix sales and Services, Policy Planners, DWF Mind Crest, Elite Infotech, manufacturing Industries- TACO (Tata Auto Comp Systems Limited), Tata DHL, MINDA, UNO MINDA, Mahale Anand Thermal Systems, Kemen Spring Pvt. Ltd. as trainees. Our students are placed in various IT companies like HSBC GTT, Barrier Break Solution Pvt. Ltd, Tek System Global Services, Bangalore, Tek Vision LLP, VCreatek, Bajaj FinServ, Accenture, IBM, Cognizant and many more.
